Ark Foods Expands Salad Kit Portfolio with Innovative New Flavors

IMMOKALEE, FL – October 1, 2025 – Ark Foods is leveling up the produce aisle once again. This month,
the modern-day farming company is unveiling two new salad kit flavors: the Honey Mustard Pretzel Salad
and the Blue Cheese Cornbread Salad.
In just a few weeks, Ark Foods will bring its full product portfolio — from salad kits to chili peppers and
squash that make vegetables a little less ordinary — to the International Fresh Produce Association’s
(IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, CA, October 16-18.

For Ark Foods, salad kits are more than a convenience product — they represent the company’s mission
to rethink how consumers experience vegetables.

New flavors hitting the shelves soon:
● Honey Mustard Pretzel Salad – honey

and waffle pretzels
● Blue Cheese Cornbread Salad – smoky blue
cheese dressing paired with chopped
romaine and red cabbage, shredded carrots,
and savory cornbread croutons

These new launches join Ark Foods’ growing lineup of imaginative Chopped Salad Kits, including:

● Crunchy Sesame Ramen
● Sweet Kale Lemon Poppyseed
